PURCHASING & PAYMENT

Upon receiving your order we will send you a confirmation email with the payment details within 3 working days.
Payment is to be made within 7 days otherwise it will be considered as VOID.

CANCELLATION & EXCHANGE POLICY
For LOCAL Orders:
Cancellation is NOT ALLOW after payment is done.
However if you are unsatisfied with the product after receiving it OR it is found with defects, you can return it for another item in the store. No refunds is to be made for item which prices is lower than the original purchase made. Top-ups is to be made for products which has a higher price. Returning and sending postal are to be borne by the purchaser. Only selected items are valid for exchange.
ALL exchange request are to be made within 1 month from purchase.

FOR OVERSEAS ORDER:
Returns are currently NOT ALLOW for overseas orders UNLESS special request is made.

SHIPPING POLICY
Shipping is to be paid by purchaser.
Normal postage is SGD$1.50 for all item and is shipped via SINGPOST within 4 days.
Registered mail is SGD$3.00 for all item and is shipped via SINGPOST within 1 week.
Courier is SGD$6.00 and is shipped via TA-Q-BIN within 5 days.

OVERSEAS POSTAGE IS USD$3 FOR ALL ITEMS NO MATTER WHERE. Add another USD$3 for  registered mail. ALL Mailing will be carried out within a week.

Co-shipping is available for 3 items and above and shipping amount will be advised via email.

MEETUPS:
Meetups is currently ONLY available at Keat Hong LRT (link to Choa Chu Kang MRT) and IMM Shopping Mall.
